(What Teresa said.) Yes, MP, that's it exactly. Today I went to the chiropractor, and the receptionist thanked me for "bringing joy" into the office. How kind of her--and her comment made my day. But I realised a simple thing: I'm always happy when I go there--who doesn't like feeling better after an adjustment and/or a divinely inspired massage?--and so I tend to arrive in an attitude of sweetness and light (according to them, anyway).
I love being alive, walking through my neighbourhood, and talking to people. Maybe your quote was about work, too, but I think because I love "just" walking around, being happy...it shows. :)
